Asbot is the first bilingual text and voice-based real estate bot in Poland.

AsBot, thanks to the integration with our internal  database, will review the offers of apartments in both currently available investments Central Garden and Towarowa Towers, and then adjust them to the customer’s preferences, showing recommended apartment plans. It will also, among others, answer various kinds of questions related to the investment, show its visualizations, describe the area, indicate the address to the sales office or arrange a meeting with an advisor. AsBot combines the function of a text chat and, which is quite unique, a speech recognition system. Thus, customers can both write to it and speak, depending on their convenience, in two language versions – Polish and English. If necessary, the customer will also be able to switch to a conversation with a real customer advisor in the same chat window.
