MetroPoint Office is a modern 11-storey A class office building, situated at Rondo Daszyńskiego, in the central part of Warsaw.

The construction was completed at the end of the last year and most of office areas have already found their buyers.

A huge advantage of the investment is the great location, which allows to use every available means of public transport and as the consequence reduce air pollution. Nearby there are 14 bus lines, 10 tram lines, the second metro line station and railway stations in close proximity. What’s more, close to the building is located a Warsaw city bike station and on the investment site – a roofed place for bicycles as well as special changing rooms and facilities for cyclists.

In the building there have been implemented modern solutions that reduce energy consumption, including energy-saving LED lighting, motion detectors, an integrated technology for heating, ventilation and air conditioning of rooms and an automatic building management system. Energy efficiency is supported by a simple block which minimize the amount of energy exchange surface. The facade glazing ensures excellent parameters of thermal insulation.

When it comes to finishing, the optimization principle was adopted – materials with full recycling possibilities were used for common and everyday use areas.

Relaxation zones for employees have not been forgotten either. On the ground floor there is situated elegant two-storey lobby with elements of natural vegetation and outside of the building – a quiet, green patio. Due to the location down the street, the noise is not disturbing. What’s more shading elements on the facade work like acoustic sound breakers.
