The “Nowa” mural has arrived on the wall of the Nowa Praga development

We are pleased to announce that the “Nowa” mural has already been unveiled on the wall of the Nowa Praga development, located at 82 Jagiellońska Street in Warsaw. The mural design, created by Dawid Celek, depicts a Warsaw woman – a new resident of the Praga North district – whose silhouette incorporates elements of the district’s history and present day. As early as the first half of next year, after the completion of the development, the residents of Nowa Praga will be able to see it every day while walking around the neighbourhood.

The mural is not only a form of artistic expression, but also part of a broader vision for the transformation and development of this part of the city. The first stage of the Nowa Praga development is already well underway and will be completed in the first half of 2026. However, this is only the beginning of the changes that Asbud is planning for this location. In this 90% concreted area, an urban fabric is to be created, which will give this place a new lease of life in line with the direction of Warsaw’s further growth. Asbud’s intention is to transform degraded areas into a multifunctional, well-designed and resident-friendly space where Warsaw’s residents can live comfortably, spend their time actively and relax.
