Nowa Praga with occupancy permit

We are pleased to announce that Phase I of the Nowa Praga residential development has just been granted a certificate of occupancy. Handovers of apartments will begin shortly.

The first phase of the development comprises three residential buildings with 280 apartments ranging in size from 31 m² to 125 m². This is an important milestone not only for the future residents, but also for the entire project. The completion of this phase is just the beginning of the transformations we are planning for these post-industrial areas of Praga North in the coming years.

In subsequent phases, we plan to build over 2,000 apartments, an extensive service infrastructure, recreational areas, a public primary school and public spaces serving the local community. The entire future development is set to create a modern, self-sufficient and resident-friendly complex, which will become one of the most important revitalisation projects on this side of the Vistula River.
