Asbud Group strengthens its engagement in Warsaw’s Wola district. Acquisition of a land located on Towarowa/Prosta 69, within approx. 30 meters from the metro line station at Rondo Daszyńskiego, has just been completed.

The area will be allocated to a planned complex of approx. 900 apartments of which 2 towers of 30 floors each will be among the complex.

Such a new acquisition isn’t only another step towards taking Asbud to a leading position in the residential market but also towards establishing a new standard for sustainable residential towers at relatively attractive prices. Thanks to the great infrastructure and transportation of Rondo Daszyńskiego, the area is developing very rapidly by bringing significant demand not only to offices, but also retail and residential sectors.

Asbud is already significantly active in this part of the city centre, the group is currently commercialising 4 projects: two residential (Grzybowska 85, Metropoint) with approx. 1,000 apartments, and two office buildings (Karolkowa Business Park and Metropoint Office), 80,000 sq. m in total.
