Asbud was one of the first investors who noticed the potential of this part of the district and transformed a large part of it into a sustainable center. At the intersection of Grzybowska and Karolkowa streets, on the site of former ruined warehouses and post-industrial areas, we have built numerous projects, including office buildings Karolkowa Business Park and Metropoint Office as well as residential estates: Grzybowska 85 and Metropoint Apartments – in total approx. 80 thousand square meters of multifunctional space.
Another investment which will contribute to the development of this location is Towarowa Towers, a complex which will consist of two twin 29-storey towers and 3 lower apartment buildings – in total there will be over 900 units to live in. The residential building will balance out with the neighbouring area, which is currently occupied mainly by A-class office buildings.
– In our business we focus primarily on creating sustainable projects. I mean investments which not only combine many functions but also optimally fit into the surroundings in terms of living needs of the community and create added value for it. We felt the potential of Wola even before it became a desirable district for residents and investors. Today it is a lively and energetic part of Warsaw – says Raied Tanous, CEO Asbud Group.
