We are pleased to announce that the construction of the 95-metre Towarowa Towers near the Daszyńskiego Roundabout is starting.

The whole complex consists of high quality twin 29-storey towers and 3 lower apartment buildings which will be constructed at a later stage. There will be about 900 apartments in the whole complex. Most of the apartments have balconies or loggias which is uncommon in comparable premium towers in respect. For future residents there are planned also common area with terraces together with recreation area, a fitness club and a lounge bar. The towers will be equipped with a representative lobby with an eye-catching graphic motif.

Construction of towers is scheduled to last 37 months. As the general contractor was selected Hochtief Polska, which has a proven track record in constructing high end towers such as Rondo 1, Cosmopolitan.
